Panel of Physicians Your panel must have a least 6 physicians or

Professional associations.

The doctor make-up must include:

Ÿ 1 orthopedic surgeon

Ÿ 1 minority physician

Ÿ 4 other qualified physicians –

But no more than

2 industrial clinics

Remember:

The employer controls the panel, so you

can manage the medical treatment of your

employees. The employee only gets one

opportunity to change doctor’s within your

panel.

Posting Notice You must post the appropriate Pink

Georgia Panel Posting Notice in a

conspicuous place at every location.

You must also post the pink “Official

Notice” and “Bill of Rights.”

B	*Remember:* *Even failing to use the proper “Pink”* *notice can disqualify your panel and* *enable the employee to seek treatment* *anywhere at their discretion – so you lose* *control of the medical costs!*
